REFUND POLICY REGARDING THE COURSES

Courses Price – Return Policy
Any participant in the course has the right after the start of the course to request a refund if he/she is signalling it to the course instructor before 30% of the course exposure time has elapsed. If the student has completed more than 30% of the course duration, he / she is considered to have the desire and pleasure to continue the course and is satisfied with the quality of the course, consequently he / she is no longer entitled to request a refund.

Therapy – Refund Policy:
The patient understands that Reiki is a simple and gentle treatment technique by placing the palms, used for relaxation and stress reduction. Reiki energy can also be sent remotely for therapy to anyone who requests it. The patient understands that Reiki practitioners do not make diagnoses, do not prescribe drug treatment, do not perform medical treatments, do not prescribe substances, do not mix in, and are not in opposition to the treatments prescribed by doctors. The patient understands that Reiki does not replace medical care.

For any physical or psychological condition, the patient understands that he/she must consult general practitioners and specialists. The patient understands that Reiki is a complementary therapy that can complement medical or psychological care. The patient also understands that there is a natural ability of the body to heal and that, in order to trigger this process of self-healing, total relaxation is often beneficial. The patient confirms and accepts that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple treatment sessions to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to self-heal.

The Reiki technique is a non-invasive technique and has no side effects, and Master Bogdan Prosperio will direct the Energy in a gentle and healing way to the patient. Most therapy sessions have a working time of 60 minutes or more. The patient has the right to request a refund after a maximum of ten minutes of therapy. If more than ten minutes have elapsed since the therapy session has started, it is considered that the patient is satisfied and wants to continue the therapy, so he/she no longer has the right to request a refund.
